Check to acknowledge that you've read each rule and sign below agreeing to abide by them.
Members are prohibited from harvesting or tampering with another member's bed unless express permission has been given by the plot owner.*
Loaner tools and supplies are available for use on a first come first serve basis, and must be cleaned and returned to its designated spot after use.*
Members are responsible for the regular maintenance, weeding and watering of their assigned plot, including keeping the walkways free from overgrowth. Weeds and plant litter should be discarded promptly in the provided receptacles (weeds = trash, vegetables/plant clippings = compost bin as marked.) *
Each plot is equipped with its own water line and hose for hand watering. When finished, spigots must be turned off, and hoses neatly coiled and hung within your plot. Members are encouraged to bring an automatic timer and set up a drip system to conserve water. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor water output to ensure flooding does not occur.*
Only pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizer that are pre-approved by garden management may be used at any time. Ask about case-by-case approvals. Violation will result in an automatic termination of membership without refund.*
Report any damaged tools, necessary maintenance, or material shortage (ex soil, pots, plant markers) to management immediately.*
Members are expected to participate in occasional maintenance of common areas on their own time and encouraged to join workdays when scheduled. Plot holders are required to attend at least 3 work days per year. Plot holders who fail to attend a work day will have the option to complete other garden tasks on their time as assigned by management.*
